Core Architects were appointed to develop a scheme for the construction of a new single storey, two bay, on-call fire station for Lincolnshire County Council and Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue on the outskirts of Leverton in Lincolnshire. This new fire station will replace an existing fire station which is no longer meeting operational needs. The brief for the scheme was to provide a new two bay fire station with supporting accommodation designed in accordance with the Fire Construction Management Strategy guidance.
